Research and Development
The beating heart of the company, where highly qualified personnel, experimenting with cutting-edge materials and active ingredients, create increasingly innovative products in both form and performance.
Production
We have versatile filling lines that allow us to fill fluid, semi-fluid and emulsion products and/or gels even at high viscosities.


Quality control
Maldy Italiana complies with Colipa guidelines, respects Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP ) and product regulations ( GLP ) guaranteeing peace of mind and protection for the customer and consequently the end consumer.
Filling
We have versatile filling lines that allow us to fill fluid, semi-fluid and emulsion products and/or gels even at high viscosities.
Packaging
The packaging service closes the circle product packaging. It is carried out by highly qualified personnel who pay particular attention to quality control.
Warehouse
We have separate warehouses available for the storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and packaging materials in supervised and insured premises.
Regulatory
The regulatory department, upon request, is available for all control procedures and the supplying of documentation required by law.

Maldy's management intends to implement a "Quality Policy" that covers all company areas and which allows it to achieve primary objectives, aiming for customer satisfaction.
Sustainability
Maldy obtained the Ecovadis Medal, the prestigious International Institute for corporate sustainability assessments. It is a journey that began with the filing of the 1st sustainability report for the year 2022 and with the collaboration of the Emilia Romagna Region.
